Join our sweet and down-to-earth teacher Pat in her relaxed and casual class where you will learn to prepare some of your favourite Thai dishes, vegetarian style! Born in Thailand, Pat has over 20 years experience cooking Thai and Chinese cuisine in 'home-cooking' and 'street-food' styles. She has a love of tasty and spicy food and is excited about constantly chasing new flavour combinations in the magnificent world of Thai, Asian and Western cookeries. Pat has been cooking and teaching Asian and Western meals professionally since 2001, including cooking for private and corporate clients.
Follow Chef Pat's simple and easy to follow style as she presents delicious meals and shares her way of cooking for friends and family.
Be guided and inspired by Pat during this hands on and interactive class as you work in pairs to prepare an authentic and delicious Thai feast!

No knowledge is required for this class. Working in pairs, you’ll learn how to prepare these dishes alongside your teacher who’ll masterfully guide you through this fun and casual, hands-on and interactive course. Learn how to select, store, utilise a selection of ingredients whilst minimising waste to ensure you create a delicious meal to enjoy.
This class is a perfect choice for individuals, couples, friends & family alike who enjoy cooking, delicious and healthy eating and learning in a fun and inclusive environment.

- This is a 2 hour class depending on the size of the class.

- You don't need to bring anything. We provide aprons for use while you are cooking, amazing food, drinking water and a refreshing Thai beer to enjoy with your meal.
- A fun, relaxed and professionally delivered learning environment. Our chef is passionate about sharing his enormous wealth of information to inspire you to prepare these dishes at home.

- This 2 hour class and dining experience is typically held various weeknight evenings from 6:30pm and Saturday at 10:30am or 3:00pm throughout the year for up to 10-12 guests.
