This sophisticated three-hour cooking class and dining experience showcases a thoughtfully curated menu of eight delectable seafood courses, prepared and cooked before your eyes by BBQ expert Chef Paul. Featuring premium ingredients such as barramundi, scallops, prawns, whole fish, and freshly shucked oysters, this is a true celebration of exceptional seafood.
Guided by Chef Paul, you’ll discover the art of selecting, preparing, and cooking seafood with precision and confidence. As he shares his wealth of knowledge and fine-dining techniques, you’ll learn the secrets behind perfectly barbecued scallops, delicately cooked fish, and expertly prepared shellfish—along with unique yet approachable recipes designed to impress at your next home gathering.
This informative and interactive experience is perfectly suited to seafood lovers, individuals, and couples alike. No prior cooking experience is required—just a love of exceptional food and a desire to learn.
With small, intimate group sizes, you’ll enjoy an up-close and personal view of each dish being created. Guests are welcome to take a hands-on role in selected elements or simply sit back, relax, and enjoy the exquisite degustation as it unfolds.

You are welcome to BYO wine* to enjoy during the class (maximum one bottle per person, in accordance with RSA guidelines). Wine glasses and refrigeration are provided for your convenience.
Classes are typically held on select Friday evenings from 6:00pm and Saturday mornings from 10:30am throughout the year.
Private group bookings are also available—please enquire to create a bespoke experience for your friends or family.
Please note, a minimum of eight participants is required for the class to proceed. In the unlikely event this number is not reached, the class may be postponed, and guests will be notified as soon as possible, no later than 72 hours prior.
