Already have a bit of experience in the kitchen but want to increase your expertise?

  • Learn an assortment of creative and delicious dishes and increase your skills and experience. Great for those that have  a competent level of experience in the kitchen and are interested in building their repertoire of dishes and cuisines.
  • Enjoy a total of 3 classes, held 1 night a week for 3 consecutive weeks (6:30pm-8:30pm).
  • Each week will cover a variety of creative dishes – including Entrees, Mains and Share Plates great for cooking at home or catering for your next dinner party!
  • You will learn 4-5  fabulous dishes depending on the complexity and cooking time, building on your skills and experience.
  • During this hands-on and informative class you will learn and prepare your own dishes (Please note some dishes will be demonstrated by the Chef).  All equipment and ingredients are provided for use during the class. Sample your creations here and take the rest home for later!
  • This class is suitable for those with an intermediate level of experience in the kitchen and avid home cooks. For those starting out in the kitchen, try our Adult Beginner Course (4 weeks).
  • Recipes will be provided to take home. Class sizes are limited to 12 guests to maximise personal attention so that everyone benefits from the class.
