During this class will learn the following
- Molecules that make up the food we eat
- How to make a balance meal using all 3 macronutrients
- How to adapt the proportions of the food for your activity levels
Your Presenters
Katie Ridgeway is a qualified and professional chef with extensive experiencing in running entertaining cooking lessons. Katie has worked at some of Sydney’s best restaurants including The Grounds Alexandria, Chin Chin, Fred’s Paddington, and 10 William Street. She is now a private chef with her own business called Sage with Katie. www.sagewithkatie.com
Edwina Ekins is qualified clinical nutritionist with a Master’s Degree in Nutritional Science and a competitive athlete with a special interest in Youth sport. Edwina currently works with individuals 1:1 in her clinic, with sporting teams and clubs and in schools educating and empowering teens to understand and embrace nutrition to maximise energy and performance for their sport or area of interest.

Arrive: 10:00am for 10:15am class start.
(There is a cafe at the front of the school, please wait out the front and a staff member will greet you and check you in. You have time to purchase a coffee/drink if you wish - please note cafe seating is only for cafe customers, thank you).
