    About the Chef

    Chris grew up in a food focused Chinese household and has been cooking for decades. After initial training with Swissotel, Chris has cooked for restaurants, charities, ships' crews, and bars and restaurants in Australia, Europe, and Asia. Chris is focused on a fun kitchen experience where participants learn practical techniques to broaden their home cooking horizons.
